DARCIE MARTONE

Interim Youth Pastor

EJ and Darcie have been married and serving in full-time ministry for over 12 years. They met while attending Northpoint Bible College. They have 6 kids: Hudson, Lincoln, Nehemiah, Titus, Rhema, and Jovi. EJ and Darcie moved from Buffalo, New York to Bloomington in 2021 to serve as the lead pastors of Genesis.

Darcie has a BA in Biblical Studies & Children Ministry from Northpoint Bible College.

Darcie is passionate about people seeing themselves and others how God sees them. She loves to talk about the uniqueness of how you are created and showing you God can use that for His kingdom.

Darcie loves breaking down the barriers to understanding the Bible and seeing that God’s word is a treasure hunt of Bible “nuggies” to be discovered.

She has served many years as a children’s pastor and will always have a heart to teach about having a true relationship with Jesus at a young age.

Darcie also is the co-author of Deeper Wells.
